Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Rosni Society, we deeply appreciate your support and commitment to helping children with disabilities. We strive to ensure that all transactions and donations are handled with the utmost care and transparency. Please read our policies regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations carefully.


1. Refund Policy for Donations All donations made to Rosni Society are considered final and non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, we utilize donations immediately to support our programs and initiatives aimed at improving the lives of children with disabilities. If you believe there has been an error in your donation, please contact us within 15 days of the donation date, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

2. Recurring Donations If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future donations, please contact us at least 10 days before the next scheduled donation date. We will promptly process your cancellation request to ensure no further donations are made.

Event Registrations and Ticket Purchases

1. Cancellation Policy If you have registered for an event or purchased tickets through Rosni Society, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date to be eligible for a refund. Refund requests made after this period may not be honored due to pre-arranged commitments and expenses.

2. Refund Process To request a refund for an event registration or ticket purchase, please contact us with your registration details. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

Merchandise Purchases

1. Return and Exchange Policy If you have purchased merchandise from Rosni Society, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Process for Merchandise Upon receiving and inspecting your returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item within 5 business days, subject to availability.
